in december 2012, sd&ae, owner of line, entered 50-year operating lease pacific imperial railroad company freight trains. lease requires operating goals , repairs completed in specific time frame. lease calls $1,000,000 yearly payment rights operate freight trains, or 15% gross revenues, or qualified value. lease, operating rights of czry ended.
