state route 2 temporary designation ran west 6th east 9th along lakeside ave. in downtown cleveland. designation added when final alignments of sr 2 moved new lakeside highway, later referred cleveland memorial shoreway. route s eastern terminus moved public square via ontario st. in 1957.

state route 2c unsigned connecting road runs state route 163 state route 2 , state route 53 near port clinton in ottawa county, ohio. state route 2c constructed access road sr 2–sr 163 interchange.

state route 2d part of couplet in wauseon, ohio signed state route 2. sr 2d signed sr 2 westbound, while sr 2 signed sr 2 eastbound, (except west of east elm street, sr 2d meets sr 2 @ western terminus). route ends @ corner of east linfoot street , north shoop avenue.
