in general, contemporary street punks wear leather, denim, metal spikes or studs, chains , military-style boots. wear elements of punk fashion, such kutten vests, bondage trousers (often plaid) , torn clothing. diy-created , modified clothing, such ripped or stitched-together trousers or shirts, or trousers tightly tapered, common. jackets , vests have patches or painted logos express musical tastes or political views. bullet belts , belts metal studs popular. hair spiked and/or dyed in bright, unnatural colours , arranged mohawk or liberty spikes, cut short or shaved.


oi! skinheads, known skunks or punk-skinheads, fuse traditional skinhead style street punk fashions. characterised dr. martens boots (or similar boots made different brand), braces, , tight rolled-up jeans, splattered bleach. other common items t-shirts (featuring band names, political beliefs or other text , images relevant skinhead culture) , denim jackets or flight jackets. these jackets decorated buttons or patches, , in case of denim jackets, splattered bleach. hair typically shaved shorter traditional skinheads. other items traditional skinhead fashion (e.g. fred perry , ben sherman shirts) and, lesser extent, punk fashion items (e.g. short mohawk hairstyles, metal studs on jackets) worn.
