condra played junior hockey texarkana bandits of nahl in 2003-04, in 56 games, scored 20 goals , 44 points lead club in points. moved lincoln stars of ushl 2004-05 season. in 60 games lincoln, condra tied team high 30 goals, while finishing second on club 60 points, helping stars playoff berth. in 4 post-season games, condra had 2 assists.


condra joined notre dame fighting irish of ccha 2005-06 season. freshman, condra had 6 goals, , team high 34 points in 36 games notre dame, , placed him on all-rookie team of ccha. after season, ottawa senators drafted condra 211th overall pick in 2006 nhl entry draft. while @ notre dame, condra studied pre-med in psychology.


his offensive numbers improved in 2006-07, condra once again led fighting irish in points, scored 14 goals , 48 points in 42 games. in 2007-08, condra led team in scoring once again, scoring 15 goals , 38 points in 41 games played. condra finished collegiate career in 2008-09, leading notre dame in scoring fourth consecutive season, scored 13 goals , 38 points in 40 games.


ottawa senators

after successful college career, ottawa senators assigned condra ahl affiliate, binghamton senators 2009–10 season. in first professional season, condra had 11 goals , 38 points while appearing in 80 games senators. however, binghamton failed reach playoffs.


condra began 2010–11 season binghamton, scoring 17 goals , 47 points in 55 games before being called ottawa senators. made nhl debut on february 15, 2011, recording assist in 4-3 shootout loss new york islanders. condra scored first nhl goal on february 26, 2011, scoring twice against goaltender brian boucher in 4-1 win on philadelphia flyers. had 2 goal game on march 8, 2011, against martin brodeur ottawa defeated new jersey devils 2-1. in total, condra registered 6 goals , 11 points in 26 games ottawa. after ottawa s season concluded, condra sent binghamton playoff run, scored 5 goals , 17 points in 23 games, senators won 2011 calder cup.


in first full nhl season, condra earned regular roster spot in ottawa. though struggled offensively @ times, established himself dependable defensive forward , recorded 8 goals , 25 points in 81 games.


during 2012 nhl lockout, condra spent time fussen leopards, third division club in germany. after dominating @ level, moved second-tier league eishockey-bundesliga, joining fellow nhlers matt d agostini , rick dipietro sc riessersee.


tampa bay lightning

on july 1, 2015, condra signed three-year deal tampa bay lightning, has $1.25 million annual average. condra has previous ties lightning head coach jon cooper, played while cooper coach of texarkana of nahl. on october 8, 2015, condra played in 300th career nhl game in 3-2 ot lightning victory on visiting philadelphia flyers. condra took part in first ever 3 on 3 regular season overtime game under new overtime format during same game.


on march 17, 2017, condra named captain of syracuse crunch. condra became 20th full-time captain in crunch franchise history , third since syracuse became affiliate of tampa bay lightning in 2012.
