on february 24, 2012 announced Žaromskis had signed multi-fight deal bellator. in first fight promotion, Žaromskis faced waachiim spiritwolf in rematch. spiritwolf weighed in a-pound-and-a-half overweight , therefore forced forfeit part of purse. once again, contest between 2 ended in controversy doctor stopped fight between rounds 2 , 3 due cut suffered spiritwolf, giving Žaromskis tko win.

due controversial nature of stoppage, Žaromskis , waachiim spiritwolf had rematch - third fight between 2 - @ bellator 72. won fight via split decision.
