both pat tanaka , paul diamond had competed in championship wrestling association during 1986, tanaka had teamed jeff jarrett win awa southern tag team championship while paul diamond had held cwa/awa international tag team championship jeff jarrett. in late 1986 2 tag-team specialists tanaka , diamond teamed form “badd company , held federation s tag-team titles 4 times., move paid off pretty 2 won cwa/awa international tag team championship, beating tarzan goto , akio sato on december 15, 1986. first reign short lived sheepherders (luke williams , butch miller) defeated young duo on january 10, 1987. badd company regained titles lose them tarzan goto , akio sato on february 5, 1987. third run tag-team titles came on may 9, 1987 when team beat mark starr in handicap match, lost them mark starr , new tag team partner billy joe travis. badd company had 1 last run international tag team titles won vacant titles on may 25, 1987 , held them until july 6, 1987 lost titles bill dundee , rocky johnson (who last international tag team champions).

while in memphis badd company won cwa’s main tag team titles, awa southern tag team championship defeating jeff jarrett , billy joe travis gold on august 8, 1987. tanaka , diamond lost them nasty boys took gold them on month later.

the next night @ nwa bloodfest: part 2 badd company came against 1 of ecw’s new creations public enemy (rocco rock , johnny grunge) in 1 of matches. later in show badd company , public enemy clash again, time in 3 way, steel cage match included “bad breed , time public enemy victorious. @ ecw’s next big show terror @ tabor on november 12, 1993 badd company beat makeshift team of don e. allen , mr. hughes. after match badd company called out public enemy resulting in impromptu match between paul diamond , rocco rock diamond won. public enemy got brutal revenge on badd company defeated duo in “south philly hood match next day @ november remember. @ holiday hell 1993 on december 26, 1993 pat tanaka defeated rocco rock in body count match.

as 1993 turned 1994 badd company set sights on ecw tag team champions kevin sullivan , tasmaniac, defeating them twice in non-title matches. @ night line crossed on february 5, 1994 tanaka , 1 night partner sheik defeated sullivan , tasmaniac, unfortunately team had been stripped of titles night before. when tanaka rejoined diamond team lost (once again) tag-team champions when gold on line. on march 27, 1994 badd company wrestled last match ecw, house show victory on rockin rebel , pittbull #1.

world championship wrestling , split (1994)

by time badd company wrestled last match ecw, tanaka , diamond had signed world championship wrestling. tanaka made on-screen debut tanaka-san . paul diamond showed kato mask on using name haito days after last ecw match. duo reprised orient express gimmick not use name since wwf owned trademark it. 2 men wrestled couple of matches never achieved notoriety in wcw. end of 1994, team split.
